2. Services Provided

Tazzmar is a multi-merchant e-commerce platform. We provide a platform to connect sellers and buyers, but we are not a direct party to any sales or purchase transactions. Sellers are responsible for the accuracy, pricing, and quality of their products.

3. User Account

• You must be 18 years or older to create an account on the website.
• You must provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration.
• You are responsible for all activities conducted through your account.
• Tazzmar reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account in case of illegal activities or violations of these terms.

4. Payment

Accepted payment methods include cash on delivery. Additional payment options, such as credit cards, will be added in the future. For cash on delivery, please ensure that the required amount is available at the time of delivery.

5. Shipping and Delivery

• West Bank: 20 NIS.
• Jerusalem: 39 NIS.
• Israel: 70 NIS.

The buyer is responsible for delivery costs, except during special promotions. Delivery delays caused by factors beyond our control (such as closures or weather conditions) are not the responsibility of the platform.

6. Return and Exchange Policy

Requests for returns or exchanges must be submitted within 30 days of receiving the order. Sellers are responsible for processing requests for returns or exchanges. Counterfeit or misrepresented products are prohibited, and legal action may be taken against violators.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the Tazzmar website, including text, images, and logos, is owned by the platform or its affiliates. Unauthorized use or copying of any part is strictly prohibited without written permission.
